The pasta maker is made of food-grade material, and the blade attachment of this pasta machine shouldn't be washed in water or put in the dishwasher. Residual moisture will affect the sharpness of the blade and shorten machine's lifespan. We suggest using a brush or wooden stick, or if you don't have one you can use a toothpick to remove any residual dough.

The package includes 1 x Pasta Roller, 1 x Fettuccine & Spaghetti Cutter, 1 x Removable Crank Handle, 1 x Stable Table Clamp, 1 x Foldable Pasta Drying Rack, 1 x Cleaning Brush, and 1 x Pasta Maker Instruction. There are 9 different thickness settings from 0.5-2.5mm(0.02-0.1 in) to meet your different needs of pasta. The pasta machine has a double cutter head attachment (2/7 mm) for different widths of pasta, whether you choose to prepare wide fettuccine for dinner or narrow spaghetti for a salad.
