  2. Do not use cold eggs straight from the refrigerator.
  3. Do not add salt to the dough.
  4. Clean the rollers by feeding a little dough between them.
  5. Preserve homemade dried pasta for no more than 1 month.
  6. Freeze freshly cut pasta, but consume it within 1 month.
  7. Cook the pasta in a large amount of hot water (4 liters for every 1/2 kg of pasta).

  8. Method for using the machine:

  9. Place the flour and salt in the Kenwood Bowl, add the eggs, and mix using the Dough Hook for 3 minutes on speed 3-4.
